If you buy from Discount Tire, the tires come with free flat fix if the hole is in the tread. You can purchase an extra option...(I wanna say $30-$40 a wheel) and Discount Tire will replace the tire for you if it's something they cannot fix for no additional cost (nail in sidewall, etc.)
