Otherwise, Konig Heliums are a great choice. Cheap, look good, and are quite light at 11lbs.

 

Spoon SW388 and Regamaster Evo are almost identical in shape and weight. If you like that style, go with what you can find for cheaper, unless you absolutely have to have flat black Spoons. They're both forged wheels.

I'm not sure about this but I think SSR Competions are even lighter.
