If i am looking to get my integra running better what would be the first thing that i should replace... i am a high school student so i dont have a lot of money

how long since you put in new plugs ? then wires, cap and rotor. assuming you change your oil regulary, also possibly fuel filter depending on interval. and possibly even inj. 's being last though as they are pretty expensive and you can possibly have your old ones cleaned.

Thats what I did to my. My cat plugged up so I took it off and gutt it. I used a pry bar and beat the $hit(inside )out of it.

gut the cat? wtf? :eh:

seriously, first thing you do is get on top of ALL of the maintenance items. plugs, wires, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, valve adjustment, fluids, etc etc.. timing belt if it's overdue and hasn't been done yet (though this can be expensive if you take it somewhere to get done).. and so on and so forth.

if you find that the cat is clogged, get a carsound or something, but don't gut it for the sake of the environment. :nono:
