Again, big HP/TQ #'s are hardly the gauge for performance :P

Does it really matter if two cars run a 13s ET, yet one has a peak 150hp more than the other?

Hondas in general don't put out big #'s, they are low displacment 4cyl engines. (in most cases, yes I know, NSX, etc)

13s? you think small.

if the drivers are not retards the one with 150 more hp should be faster than the other, even without slicks or a lsd.

You think wrong

I didn't say two identical cars except for the engine output
Weight, Gearing, aerodynamic drag, traction, are all factors that go into ET times.

If you have a Mustang that hits a flat 13 with 300+hp, is that better than a civic hatch that does the same with 200?

Default correction =)

That was :

135.1 whp
125.0 wtq

Which in turn comes to around :

160.0 hp
148.0 tq

^ at the crank... theres a 18-21% loss through the drivetrain.. For about 750.00 bucks I boosted my hp 20.0 hp & 24.0 tq. I dont think thats to shabby for the money.. Those #'s are at the crank of course.. Although even the wheel ratings are nice. Hell check out that tq! The guys at the dyno were impressed that my tq was that high with the mods I have =)

p.s. Next to come, AEM true power pulleys
