Its kool man....i wish i knew what my ITR did stock too...but i 176 with just the AEM is mind blowing...i figured my car put like high 160's to the ground......of course i did use a lil trick...=)..whne you dynoed did you change your oill..i know it sounds crazy...but i think it gave me a couple horses right there...taking that away though..my ITR still dynoed like 164-165..damn good stock...where are you that you have a dyno? Anywhere near miami? Cause i need one again..=) With the comptech headeri have now..and the nitrous...

Sorry. I'm all the way up in Northern Virginia. We have a dyno in Springfield.

JDM ITR 4 to 1 Header
Carsound Hi-Flow Cat
Thermal R & D Stainless Steel Exhaust.

George is DA MAN!!! Definitely JDM header and Carsound cat produce good amounts of horse pwr.:thumbup:

The header you guys are raving about is the JDM 4-1 Type-R header made by dc sports right?

No, we're talking about the JDM OEM header made by Honda.

AEM is pretty good for ITR's because think of how hot our engine bay is all the time, ever put your hands in there after a normal drive even? You can almost roast food in there, the CAI would get the cooler air i nthe intake not that hot as hell air getting in there, plus thats one of our cars weaklinks, we have good manifold 4-2-1 design and good exhaust its our cat and intake thats not good...

Wassup guys! It seems like we all have close to the same set up. Hopefully I wil be going to Moroso in two weeks to run the car.
