How much did you put in, and how long ago? If you're low on oil, you will cut off early.
Have you tried resetting your ECU? (Pull the neg terminal off the battery for 10min, just make sure you have your radio code)

redline on a gsr is 8000
anyways are you saying fuel cut-off is at 7500 or redline? cuz if fuel cutoff is at 7500 then your probably running in safe mode for some reason. are you throwing any check engine light codes?!?!

To reset the ECU properly, open the fuse box in the engine bay, pull out the fuse labeled '7.5' for 10 seconds, then put it back in. Start your engine and let it run with no accessories on for about 5 minutes until it warms up.
My GS-R did the same thing and now the check engine light is on, my car dies when I put the clutch in after driving, and it idles REALLY low. It also redlines at 3500 RPMs. Yes, 3500.
Also, put on your lap belt, I think that might have something to do with the fuel cutoff.
