Is 102,000 miles too many when buying a used GSR?

im looking at getting a 94 gsr 4dr for 3k with 152k, it was also hit in the front by a hit and run driver, ima see if i can get it down to 2500, its a females car and shes getting a new car ina few weeks.i know this car hasnt been pushed to the limits like most gsr have been, and a girl drives it so u know she never hit vtec.although the maintance might be off a il on the car itll be ok when i get it.
i think this is a steal!

Mine has 108k on it and I would not sell it for the prices y'all are talkin about. It's worth WAY more than that to me. It has a lot more to do with the maint and how it was driven than the mileage. ( Hell, I still have my original brake pads and clutch.) I drive mine hard ocassionally, and have been meticulous about taking care of it, so if I ever had to sell it I would ask top dollar.

Just my advice don't get it. I bought a 94 GSR with 107k on it. It has been lightly driven it's entire life. Well here came this 17 year old who took it to the red and bamn. All those little rubber parts in the engine that have been driven the same for 100k+ miles start to crack. I blew out both of my cam seals which was about 120 to fix and then I started blowing valve seals. That led me to rebuild the engine. I'd aim for about 60k+ and make sure to get it after the person does the tuneup.

York... I see what you mean. That's what I am afraid of. The same thing that happened to you. However, I don't have a feeling this car was lightly driven it's whole life so I don't thing it will be anything knew for the engine when I drive it fairly aggressively. Keep in mind. I'm not planning on racing it, I just like to drive fast, etc.
