looks nice. Is that high temp paint tho. Cuz the regular paint flakes off after a while and starts to look like ass. Your's looks nice tho. I like it.

Thanks guys! :thumbup: Yea, its that high temp 1200 degree dupont spray paint. I still need to sand off the paint on the lettering though. That way it sticks out more. I have had it like this for a long time, but I just havent got around to it.

I stripped the black wrinkle paint stuff, then sanded it smoother since its kind of bumpy still when u take that black crap off.

Then I used silver engine enamel, because otherwise, the valve cover would just look like scratched up metal.
If you looked at pic of an actual stripped valve cover compared to mine, you would then notice the difference.

you can kind of think of what the valve cover looks like stripped when u look at the color/texture of the JRSC manifold behind it because thats how the metal looks when u take the black stuff off.

Using the silver paint made it really smooth and clean looking compared to just a regular stripped cover IMO.
