He must have left out alot of mods he suppositly has, b/c the mods that are listed damn sure don't add up to 16k.
the following is to anyone who says mods depreciate the value: If you have a car thats FAST, (doesn't even have to look good) you can definitly get money outa it.
Its all about advertising,
say if you write something like "13.5 second modified Integra, all custom ridin on 17's" you could definitly sell it to some kid whos seen F&TF a few too many times, even for double what you've invested. I've seen it done...
