skunk2 springs..killing my shocks?

Default skunk2 springs..killing my shocks?

i have skunk2 springs on my gs-r. i still have stock shocks and wonderin do i need to replace these. its a 2 1/2 drop and my car feels rough nowadays. Had it on for bout 3-4 months..wutcha guys think??

yep....maybe ask around to see what matches up with them best, or better yet, sell your springs and/or shocks and get a shock/spring kit that is matched up...i've had better luck with sets like that on any car and used it for autox and daily driver.....probably could just stick some konis on and live with that...depends on how much money you wanna spend

even if they don't blow, the ride isn't going to improve.....for 400 or less you can buy what you need and should see a big improvement.....if you have money, then go with matched shocks/springs.....

yeah... being that low on stock shocks will def blow them out pretty quick. look at the setup in my sig..i like it and would recommend it to other people

i think im going to keep my springs for now. what kind of good shocks are there for my springs?

just do it right the first time and get koni yellows. they are the best you can get. dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong w/ koni reds, tokico blues, etc.... but just save the money and get the best, you will be glad you did.
