Default Head REst Grills

I've seen these on some peoples Teg. A mesh grill in the head rest. How do you put them in?

i've seen those too..........it sounds like a bad idea to me
but what i understand is that you just slide it in...and the seat itself holds the mesh in place.........hey it's your car do what ya wanna.

I have seen some cars (roadsters) w/ that in the factory seats... it is a mesh material, not metal. It would look alright I guess if you had a black nylon mesh w/ black leather seats or something.
