Yes, they are the MAP sensor and TPS sensor.

Well you have spark and gas; it won't start with throttle so that rules out IAC. I'm still thinking cam timing. If you have a timing light, you can still test the "start" timing when it's cranking. This will at least give you an idea if the intake cam is in the right place.

+1

Either the cam timing is off or the belt has walked itself off the cam pulley.

Had a guy come over yesterday and the timing was off. . . he adjusted the belt and Cam gears and also did a Valve adjustment. . . And it started right up. . . Also noticed I didnt have cam seals on, so oil leaked onto my timing belt, he says it will make the belt expand, so I have to relplace it as well as get some seals, but all of that will be fixed shortly. . . Thanks for all of the help troublshooting this problem. . . . You guys really know your Honda tech stuff. . . . .

Good to hear you got it running again. It's crazy how even 1 tooth on the cam timing could mean a no start situation, but these motors are very picky. We are here to help, so any other questions; keep em coming.

Actually I changed the cluster, but since the engine is out of a 99 the cluster fit, but it doesnt have the same plugs, so it doesnt work right. . . Any suggestions as to how i can get it to work without actually cutting and resoldering the wires? ? ? this engine is gonna be a temp while I build up my original, so I will be putting the original cluster back in once my engine is done. . .
