Default sound comming from either tranny or CV joint

I'm getting a "click" noise comming from the passenger side of the engine bay in my gsr. It only happens when the car is in gear, and I'm accellerating. It doesnt make the sound if I'm decelerating or just drifting forward. It makes this sound about every 20 feet or so, and I can feel it a little bit when Im holding the shift knob. It started yesterday morning, that afternoon I changed the tranny oil, along with a tune up, no shavings came out or anything, and I checked the CV joints, none of them were rotted nor did they have rips in them. It happens in all gears I think, but I can't hear it in 5th. I dont think it could be the CV joints because I'd hear it more than every 20 feet, right? Someone suggested that to me, and I remembered that if it were a CV joint than I'd hear it more around a corner or while turning. Any idea on what this could be?

Thanks ahead of time!!

Turn your steering wheel lock to lock and try turning in circles, slow, faster, accelerating, and deccelerating.

If you can hear the clicking ALOT more, as in ClackclackClackclackClackclack - then its your CV joints.

They may be going bad, but if you can feel it in the shifter, I would think its tranny or clutch related.
