Well, the radiator cracked once form the pressure build-up and a cfew weeks later it blow the creack where i used the jb weld stuff. So instead of buying a oem i figured i should go with a bigger radiator. If it still has pressure build the only other thing i can think of is the block brace not letting the water circulate fast enough.

have you checked to make sure your water pump is working properly? It's not easy to get to, but it sure sounds like it might be worth a look!

yeah i checked it when i installed my headgasket. I even took it out to see if it was brocken. I took the head off three times. I'm going to get it checked out by a mechanic to pressure check the coolant.

maybe a dumb question, but do you have the right coolant/water mixture in there?

I'm running just water no coolant. One reason is that water has a higher boiling point and i been unplugging hose and changing thermostat. So it is cheaper for me to run water instead of using antifreeze.

Pure water may cool your motor better, however you don't have the agents that prevent corrosion in the coolant tracts throughout your motor. I wouldn't rely on JB weld to fix your radiator, it's only helpful so much. You may still be leaking or soon be.

JB and duct tape only go so far...if you want to go aftermarket look at pwr or fluidyne radiators. Since you have the head off you might want to think about enlarging the coolant passage holes on the blockguard.

Have you bled the coolant system and gotten all the air out?

This thread is so back from the dead, but props on using the search function and welcome to HAN.
