This is probably OT, dude. Regardless of that, can you clarify exactly what happened? You were leaving a parking spot where you had parallel parked, right? If you were entering traffic, then I'd say he didn't hit you, you hit him. Did he stop? Did you guys exchange insurance info & Ph. #'s?

yeah we need more info. If the damage is minimal for both of you then keep the insurnce agencies out of it since your rates will go up and the damage is probably less than your deductable

you have to take these kinda things as opportunity to buy a nice new air damn... they have alot of sweet ones for the integras... now you have a reason to do it... I know it sucks looking at it... but wait until you get a new air damn... phew... nice

You get his insurance information, you get his personal information; you call up your insurance company and you say that you were hit and it was his fault. (if it was).

Then his insurance pays for all the damages and you go home with a new bumper/fender or repaired bumper/fender and no money out of your pocket.

If it's your fault or partly your fault, I suggest keeping it out of insurance's hands, but that is technically illegal if it is over $500.00 in damages.

Hope that helps.

You have to determine whether the damage will amount to more than your deductible. If it's just minor scratches, I wouldn't bother calling the insurance. Make sure you got all the other driver's info.

Ya definetly determine if the damages are more then the deductible, probably true here... call the insurance company (yours and theres) and explain what happened. Then find a shop apprived by the company who is paying. Take the car there, get it appraised and before they start work someone from the insurance company will come look at it. Then they start work and when its done, you go to the shop, pay your deductible and drive home happily...

Or you could have insurance cut you a check, and you can get things fixed your way...

Good luck!

He's just paying for touch up paint. An "air damn" would cost considerably more than that, unless you're the type to rock unpainted front bumpers.
