I've got the Potenza S-03's on my factory wheel in 195/50-15's. It's by far the best tire I've ever had ( including the Proxes FZ4 in 205/50-15). I also got them pretty cheap from tirerack.com on special, $74 a piece.

I think the Dunlop SP 9000s are great...

I got that exact same deal for my gsr and i couldnt be happier with the tires. Wet and dry traction is incredible (i had kumhos on the back and so3s on the front and my car started to oversteer majorly until i put hte so3s on the back) I would recomend this tire to anyone.

I had them on my Accord, the S-03s make them seem horrible by comparison. The S-03s handle better, are far more stable (SP9Ks used to "wander" on pavement with an incline/decline), lots quiter, but not quite as good looking.

For autocrossing and all out performance, get the Falken Azenis.

For day to day driving in an area where it rains, get the S-03s...they are simply the best tire available right now. They offer slightly less grip than the Azenis but far more than anything else that I've driven on. They are in the highest class of tires, Maximum Performance, and have the highest user reviews by quite a bit: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/max.jsp

In its class, TR.com also got the best statistics in the S-03s:

If you have the money and aren't gonna auto-x every weekend and live in a wet area, get the S-03s...they are far and away the best tire you can buy, especially after you notice the increase in acceleration, braking, dry grip, and especially wet grip and comfort. They are far more comfortable and quieter than my stock tires which is shocking because they are such amazing and competant handlers.
