I got my 98 GSR for only an outstanding price of 8000 from some preppy rich guy that had to let it go becuse he had no room because he just got himself a new Lexus and BMW. It only had 11k miles on it too...Perfect condition except for a few minor dings from regular wear and tear ans come to find out the master and slave clutch cylinders leak very slowly but for the past month its been getting worse. Other than that I got the deal of a lifetime.
Plus the funny thing is I really wasnt looking into buying a Honda, it was just early and I mean early Wednesday morning because I was still up and couldnt sleep when I heard the paper guy driving by, so I go bring it in and set it on the table ready for reading later on that day. Go try to watch TV but nothing on. Decide to get something to snack on so I pop a bagel in the toaster, sit at the table to eat it and open up the paper to look for a Jetta as a daily driver so I didnt have to keep driving my corrado all over the place because it doesnt go in rain etc etc. So, while Im page flipping though the classifieds I see SUVs because they come before cars, then I see Acura and an ad briefly caught my attention. I read it and was like holy **** thats a good deal. Didnt even think that I was saying that about a Honda. So I continue on to the VWs and nothing worth caring about, but kept thinking about that Integra......12 hours after that I was driving the car home.
Best decision I could have made but I still like VW better.
Sorry just got carried away with my story.
