I don't mean to be a wet blanket here but...Question that has to be asked: if you are going to (like so many people your age) dump so much money into your slow car to make it go fast(er), why didn't you just save up and by a fast car sometime later. Those modifications and additions given by the posters above are going to cost you 1000's of dollars in parts and labour...
My suggestion: you made a good choice buying a reliable car for next to nothing. Save up for a couple of years and avoid dumping money into your car. By the time you're ready for college (or nearly finished college) you'll be able to get a car that is very capable in its stock form, and a bit newer.

The typical adult response haha. I disagree somewhat. Yeah you need a decent base for modifications but any Integra in decent shape can be that base. Plus, when you're talking about saving up more money just for a faster car, that's pretty much like saying to save up more money and buy a Trans Am over a GSR because they are much faster stock. And it does sound bad when you put it in terms of "dumping" money into your car but if it is a dependable car (as we know Integras are) it should be seen as "investing".

In any case, I don't want to sound like anyone's dad (or mine for that matter) so: it's your money, spend it as you deem fit.

It will cost 10 times the cost of the car to get it into the 13's.

Very clean looking car dude.......you'll love it.
My opinion, just enjoy the stock performance of it right now, it will be very fun to drive. 10 seconds is an unrealistic number for pretty much any car, unless you have tens of thousands of dollars saved up.
Before you spend any money on the car, ask your self if its a car that you will want to keep for a long time. I had a 92 LS before, but I didn't mod it; I just enjoyed driving it the way it came, and saved up for a GS-R. No I got the GS-R and I'm glad that I saved up for it.
One more thing.......one thing you can do to the car to give it some extra kick for free, is to remove the bottom of the stock airbox, and drill the filter into the top of the airbox
