Default ECU Code 22 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch

CEL came on today while driving home. Pulled the code and ECU Code 22 - VTEC Oil Pressure Switch is what came up. Makes sense in the fact that when driving, RPMs will not go past 5k.

Any idea what could be causing the problem or how to resolve it?

99 GSR.

Is it possible that just a routine oil change could fix this? Or do you think the switch just needs to be replaced? I dont even know where this switch is located h:

Umm, if the oil light has came on before, that's not good at all.

Change the oil and if that does not fix it you could have a faulty oil switch, if that's not it, than check the screen filter between the VTEC selonoid and head.
