Clear corners got jacked
Yeah last night some punk stole my clear corners and the bulbs from my teg. I have just moved into the condo less than a month ago and the car is far from the street so I do not think it was some random kid looking for em...I think someone knew my car was there. I would be more pissed if they had cut the harness but they didn't and left the plugs intact. My question is there anyway to prevent this? I would prefer not to put the stock amber ones one...on a Deep Violet Pearl GSR they do not look good, but if I get the clears again I do not want them to get stolen as well.
Also my alarm did not go off, it is the alarm that got installedwith lojac so I do not know the brand. Is there an alarm, or something else I can buy to go off the next time this happens?
Thanks guys

what i used to do was just use normal screws... and put superglue into the heads of the screw (so you couldn't put a screwdriver inside).
i figured i wouldn't have to change the bulbs for a long time..
and when i finally had to change the bulb, i used a mini mini dremel to drill out the super glue.. prolly took me a good 15-20 min.

I used pan-head screws from Home Depot for my clears. And I'm probably going to make some cheap close proximity sensors (simple IR emitter & detector trick) for around my fog lights, so the alarm will go off if someone sticks his hand back there. The best part is that the thief's head would probably be right next to my alarm's 125db siren while he's trying to steal them.
