Default Flux Idling

My Idle Bounces from 1k to 3k. Its a very consistant and doesnt go away until you turn car off. Ive cleaned out my Idle Air Control Valve, checked for vaccum leaks, and I there are no codes. If anyone knows what may be causing this please let me know.

Idle screw? Timing? Throttle cable? Low on coolant?

They are saying that my air idle control valve is broke. Do these break all the time on tegs? I know this is a dealer part and it cost $175. I really dont want to spend that much especially if it isnt the problem.

Go to a junkyard, or www.thepartstrader.com

They get stuck open sometimes and go bad. But I thought a problem with the IAC would cause a check engine light? That's what it did on my friend's GSR....

yeah, if it really is broken, your check engine light should come on......

btw, whos "they"?? it could possible be that theres something wrong with your IACvalve, but i suggest taking it to another place that KNOWS honda engines just to confirm.
