How hard is it to pop out the window with a flat head?

You should be able to get the hanger past the seal without the screwdriver. You don't have to actually pop the window out, just push back the seal enough to get the hanger into the car.

You can actually just bend the glass outward a little with a screwdriver and reach your arm in if youre a skinny bastard. We had to do it to my friends car and people were just looking at us but no one even said anything. We could of been stealing this car for all they cared.

Kinda off-topic, but FYI, to prevent locking your keys in your car again, you can get a credit card-thin spare key that will fit right in your wallet. If you're a Triple A member, then its free. I got one for my Integra way back in high school after I locked my keys in the trunk accidentally. I got one for my WRX at the recent L.A. Auto Show at the Triple A booth, they were doing it for free, member or not.

ya this is a bit of a late response.. thanks for your info, I was an idiot not to just call triple A right away and have them send someone out... the guy did it in a second with a wedge type thinging used to pry open the door slightly. Oh btw, I had just relocated my spare key and *doh* left it in the car as well. hah

i don't think any of these methods will work on my car...dunno what i'll do if the remote for my car ever dies or if i lock the keys in the car. thieves caused me to do it...don't want anyone popping my hood again...or breaking in for that matter...
