Default Where to ship a rear lip?

I sold a Wings West rear lip to some guy in Nebraska and it's big as hell. I went to a shipping place and they told me the cheapest they can ship it is $140 via FedEX I sold the lip for $100 and only charged $20 for shipping. Does anyone know where I can ship it for cheaper? Also does anyone know if I can fold the lip in half and then ship it? I heard that's how Comptech sends out their lips to make the dimensions smaller I guess. The lip is made of polyurethane so I don't think there would be anything wrong with that. Anyone have any ideas?

polyurethane bends pretty easy, just need to heat it up a bit with a hair dryer. my comptech lip came folded in two places.

have u tried UPS / fedEx ground or even priority mail?

Well I just too my friend's box for his ITR lip and bent the sides so it would fit. I used USPS Priority and it only cost me $10 . And that damn guy at UPS told me they wouldn't take it cuz it's too big...
