1)Someone once told me the manual steering rack from an eg civic will fit the 94-01 integra, true or false?

2) I have a motor that's been rebuilt with acl bearings(ugh i know), but I got it cheap now my question is can i go back and use the code system n still get close to the right oil clearance on the mains and rods? It's not knocking and he said when he rebuilt it he had the crank micro polished and checked for straightness since it bent a rod from getting water in the motor.
