Here are some various aftermarket spring and coilover spring rates, FYI 94-00 tegs
Ok, I made some phone calls and I fugured I'd shaire what I found out, hopefully this will help someone. If I don't post a certain brand I don't know the rate yet.
Stock spring rates (if someone has different info please explain
front 211 rear 117
Neuspeed sof-sports
front 250 rear 185
Neuspeed sports
front 250 rear 185 (strange that their the same as sof-sports)
Neuspeed race

Ground-control coilovers
front 380 rear 250*
*for $40 more you can choose stiffer rates than the above
Progress ground full bodied coilovers(standard or revalveable)
front 350 rear 250*
*for a fee they will let you choose stiffer spring rates and revalve the bodies to match
Tein ss model full bodied coilovers
front 448 rear 336
Tein reg drop springs (web site say's 2.6"front drop 1.7" rear
