k-swap is def. outta the picture. i'm just going to work with what i already have. like i said, this is my dd. i'm not trying to be the fastest thing out there (thats what my other toy is for ) i just want a decently quick na 4door dd. thnx for everyones help. i really appreciate it

If you want to spend the money, the best header for making power in N/A form would be a Hytec header.

Since the car is a '95, it's OBD1. Have it chipped and tuned. My friend is a tuner for eCtune (happens to be one of three authorized tuners in Florida), and he says I'll pick up at least 25whp from a full dyno tune. I was there when he tuned a little single cam and it yielded a full 23whp gain from a full dyno tune.

As for cams, go with CTR cams, or the Skunk2 Pro-1 (not stage 1) cams. For the intake, if you have the cash, ditch the shitty GSR manifold, and go with a Skunk2, and get a Comptech Icebox or modify your stock intake.

If you go on Team-Integra.net, there's a LOT of useful and very helpful info there.

yep, as i'm sure u already know, theres more reward in modding the driver, than the car.

i learned super quick that all the swaps and mods in the world didnt mean squat if the driver's skills arent up to par on my first track day.
