I Believe its your ABS every Integra Does it. Pop your hood and have a friend start the car and see where its coming from. If its the ABS its on the left side near the fender.

If it only happens for 5 or 10 seconds what's the need to turn the radio up? I don't know about fixing it my brakes always work o.k.

It also does it sometimes when i pull up at a light just idling. I have no problem braking but the noise is really annoying. I guess im just S.O.L.

Maybe your idle speed is set too low which is making the car vibrate kind of badly. What RPM does it fall to when you have the car at a dead stop with no feet on any pedal and all the accesories turned off?

Its idling fine, around 800 rpm. Its not the car vibrating cause its only there for about 5-10 seconds.
