some GSR's-particularly the 98-99 (whatever car had the brown radiators) had different fan designs for the radiator. the mounting points are different. that is the only difference.

Yeah Diffusion3 my orig. radiator in my 98 GSR had the brown radiator. The one Acura installed after my brown one cracked they installed a black radiator left side Honda stamped & driver side the sticker says Showa Denko made in Japan. Haven't had any problems. If my other ride was working at time I would've got the fluidyne for what I paid Acura. I'm not trippin now because had to do what I had to do so I would be on road ASAP. They did give me a TL loaner car to push for a weekend.

I would get the alluminum one vs the plastic.

Go with Denso. On another note, you may also consider a factory re-manufactuered radiator. I had one slapped on my GSR for about $175 at around 55k. Car has a 111k on it now and the radiator is holding up just fine...
