Default Door panels

OK I bought my girl new leather seats for x-mas and the kid gave me the door panels as well. Only prob is he gave me the entire door panel. Can I just take out the leather portion that I need and if so how do I install it in her car? Don't tell me I have to glue it.... because that's the way it looks.

I could but the panels the kid gave me are in ****ty condition besides the leather portion. It looks like he literally used it as a kick panel to open and close his door But other than that everything is mint.

hmm...i'm not sure, because the cloth insert on my LS doesn't pop out, but the cloth is glued on and the edges are tucked in. I think the leather is the same way. So no...you can just pop it out.

Have some pros (interior shops) do it for you if you can't figure it out on your own.

Well... it doesn't seem that difficult, but I was lookin for some insight so I don't mess up anything. Apparently nobody has done this....
