The lugs are acorn seated. I made sure of that. I only got those because I cross threaded two of the old ones with an impact.

I always do it big lol. You'd be surprised what you find. And plus since you're in Arizona NO cars would have rust.

Eh, I like them the way they are now. I was getting bored of the gold. It all started when I used ArmorAll wheel cleaner. I sprayed some on, and used a rag, and some of the paint was coming off. So I got brake cleaner and a rag and the paint just wiped right off.

I'm getting a set of 16" orange Rota Slips.

Little update...

Decided not to go turbo, but to supercharge. I'm getting a good deal on a Jackson Racing S/C and will be spooling about 8-10lbs on that. I found a guy local with an RMF header, bought that for $400. Got my ARP head studs, RC 440cc injectors, new OEM head gasket, replacing the water pump, T-belt, and tensionor, along with the oil pump. My compression and leak down tests show everything is good on the motor, so I will not be going into the internals.

We put my car on the dyno the other day and it picked up a little power because it was a cooler day.

This past Saturday we went to Tampa for the Team-Integra meet. It was awesome.. pretty damn good turn out, and the JDMUPS meet was sick. I forgot my camera, so these are from other members of Team-Integra

I got rid of that ugly nighshades paint on my tail lights. I think the car looks 100 times better.

I got a new camera so I just started taking random shots playing with the settings.

I painted the valve cover, cruise control box, and fuse box cover. I used a shelf liner mat with a mesh and sprayed silver over it to make it look like carbon fiber. It didn't come out perfect, but not bad for the first time.

Now some more random shots.

Nice job with the build. Any plans to get the paint sanded and buffed? It makes a world of difference.

Along with my future power plans, there will be more changes going on with the outside. I'm doing a JDM front once I can afford to get some OEM HID head lights, and the T-bar radiator support. Along with that, I'll be shaving the side moldings, doing ALL the body work, and going with a slightly different color. My color is sexy.. but it really sucks to keep clean. I'll be going with a dark gunmetal color so it's not a huuuuge difference for the engine bay and the rest of the car.

This isn't going to happen over night (oh I wish....) or even over the course of a couple months. I expect to have the car where I want it to be, or damn near close by summer of 2010. Maybe it'll get done before that, but I don't want to disappoint myself and say fuck it and quit.

Nice. These cars look great in black. Mine is the stock flamenco black, the blue flake really stands out after a good buff. Have to post how the side moulding removal turns out. I'm planning on totally tearing down mine this year and doing the same. Also doing an engine rebuild.

Thanks guys... I try to keep it clean and looking good.

I changed the oil today and gave it a wash, and put on a chambered muffler. It's sooooo much better than that POS fart can I had on. Now I can get on it without bothering people or getting unwanted attention from the coppers.

For the side moldings, I'm going to tack weld sheet metal behind the holes and fill that area up. Just filler alone isn't enough and it would most likely break loose over time.

My color is Granada Black Pearl, and it looks soooo damn sexy in the light where the gold fleck shines through, but it's a PITA to keep clean.
