Usually Mobil 1 10W/30 Syn / Fram filter
Just started Mobil 1 Extended Performance 5W/30 (says it's supposed to be good for like 15k, I won't leave it that long, though)
As for tranny fluid, it seems the two Integras I've had just get new transmissions instead of fluid
(I guess new bodies, too.)
