I'm using M1 0w-20 right now. I've seen numerous oil analysis reports with the Honda 2.4L found in the Accord and TSX. In the Accord, oil can easily hit the 10,000 mile mark uses various brands. Schaeffer's, M1, Amsoil, Redline are all great oils. For the money, even dino oils are great. The only real difference I've seen between dino and synthetic is longer drain intervals. The current GF-4 conventional (dino) oils are all excellent. Two stand outs are Havoline 5w-20/30 and Motorcraft.
