spark plug wires stuck?!!!!

I would try to twist on the boot to see if that will loosen them enough to take them off. If this doesn't take care of it then I would have to say that you need to buy a new set of wires also.
I have never heard of the wires getting stuck on there to the point of not being able to take them off when was the last time you change them?

If you have to pull very hard you will damage the wires to some degree. If they are stuck it is most likely due to corrosion anyway. I recommend wire replacement. Abuse them as much as you want with tools to remove them, they need replacement anyway. Replacement wires are really quite inexpensive.
