hmm... it would help if you explained a little bit more about the car... my car feels like its going to break in a million pieces when i shift... but thats cuz i have a stage 3 clutch and plenty of power. Is it when hes racing or regular driving? this question is really to vague to even give input.

It could be anything. Bad clutch in the civic. Bad drivers. Motor mounts...anything. I'd say one guy drives more cautiously, and the other guy likes to slam it into gear because it Pr0lLy fEeLz fAsTeR iN vT3c y0!
