Default kosei wheels

There's a guy in my area selling a et of kosei senka's wheels.

1. How do you pronounce kosei ?

2. Are these wheels any good? Low end? Middle of the road?

Thanks.

The K1s are lightweight. The Senekas are not. They are a pretty old but timeless design. I think they look pretty good but 19 lbs for a 16" wheel, damn!

I have 17" kosei senekas and they are indeed a little bit heavy... but the design is great and they have help up immaculately since I bought them 2 years ago.

I'd definitely go with them again
