Default coil overs

I posted earlier about keeping my car lowered for the winter, but I want to raise it now. Anyone know any good shops within london, or toronto to get my springs changed. I;ve called a couple of places here in london, and am getting a range of 200 to 500 dollars for a pair.. or does any one know a good cheap site online to order parts from , ractive has been the cheapest price so far.. 220 for 2

www.speedstate.com located in Scarborough has a full set (4) of H&R springs (OE Sport, Sport or Race) for $CAN280. You would still need to get them installed. I haven't actually purchased from them but they seem to answer email quickly.

If you end up buying from them let me know how the experience went.

I'm not sure why you need new springs if you have coilovers, since you can simply raise or lower the spring perch to change the ride height.

I've heard that Ractive coilovers aren't that great. If all you're going for is the look of a lowered car, then they're fine, but, for any type of racing applications, they are ch!t. Ground Controls are the best I've heard; you're able to custom order spring stiffness. Skunk2s would be a runner up. Those two are on the expensive side. You should be prepared to change the shocks out soon afterwards as the stiffer springs are going to put stress on your stock shocks. This goes for any aftermarket springs. The stiffer the spring the faster your shocks are going to go.

Slickperformance.com has APC coilovers for $383 CAD. I've never heard anything about these but the price seems reasonable.
