ok here's my problem...

i bought a ECU on Ebay...for a friend

they (seller on ebay) said it was a GS-R ECU

#37820-P72-A04

so i bought it and won it....

got it ...gave it to my friend....

Now my friend is telling me that this is not a GS-R ECU

his way of checking is that he has it connected to a V-Tec AFC unit and it is not working w/ this ECU but works w/ his other ECU (96 Honda Si)....

i contacted the seller they said that it is a GS-R ecu and he verified it w/ his mechanic (the seller is a car shop)...

can someone tell me what this ECU is exactly...

since they claim it to be a 96-98 GSR VTec ECU OBD2...

P72 IS a GSR ecu. please people...VTEC, not V-Tec/VTec/VeTech/etc
