I caught that from the begining.

He has a spare auto which he will be installing on a car that has no tranny at all because he took it out to but into his hatch.

 

Maybe he's missing a limb. :dunno:

OP, trust me...you don't want to do this. Not only will it completely kill any resale value the car had but the effort involved in swapping a piece of shit Honda auto tranny isn't worth it. The cost of the conversion will probably exceed the cost of the proper transmission.

 

He can sell that tranny (assuming it works) fairly easy and use the money to buy a Ls 5speed rather than do all this downgrading costly conversion to an auto tranny?

Something doesn't add up. Like provac said, why all the effort to do something less effective?

 

Are yall joking....i think everybody is illiterate DAM!!! I have a wrecked integra which has an auto tranny...everybody still with me,my buddy has a 96 integra that is a good car drives it every day...still with me,ive got the car already sold as an automatc so that means i get the 5 speed for my motor swap in my hatchback....resale is took care of!!! The info ive been needing in this post has not been! Instead ive wasted a hell of alot of time explaining why the hell im doing the swap!?!?! I hope everybody now understands my reason in this swap....im out nothing but time not money and i can handle! that!

I already told you the swap was a bad idea for two reasons:
1. Honda automatic trannies are shit, so it isn't worth the effort.
2. The conversion costs money...money that should go to a stronger 5 speed transmission that the car is already set up for.

What more do you want?
