not sure what kind of werk u intend to with ur car, but sounds like some heavy duty equipment. I personally wouldnt go out and shell out that kinda cash with out some sort of planned mods requiring that kind of investment. Why dont u state what u plan to do on ur car by urself or with the assistance of others so that people on the board can more appropriately answer ur post.

Well. Me and friends planning on fixing up cars. Me I want to use it for shaving (molding, door handle), like welding, bondo and sanding. Painting too if it doesnt require more than we want to pay. I think my friend is using the other things for fixing dents, swap engine. Thanks.

Well, I REALLY hope you all have expeirence in what ya gonna do. Especially the painting and bondo stuff, cause it can look like crap if not done right. Those tools aren't cheap either, so yeah, find out what exactly what you're gonna do first. I just use hand tools for everything...takes more time but saves alot of cash.

Don't buy crap air tools. Use MAC or snap-on, they cost a hell of a lot more but its worth it. As for a compressor, make sure its big enough so you don't run out of air every two minutes, at least 30gal. Get a dewalt sander/grinder, make sure it has variable speeds though. Sorry I don't know squat about welders.

When it comes to bodywork/detailing, etc...

The tools are only as good as the person who's using them. Experience is #1, so if youre not too sure how to do everything, I would get average tools now, and spend the rest on tons of classes.
