I will be getting a custom 3" exhaust this winter and turboing my 95' Rs, I have a Ractive fireball muffler. This muffler gives me the sound I want, a deep tone, not the "Pissed off bee" sound. Wonder how that's gonna work out. But like one of you and my brother in law said, a turbo acts as a muffler and silences out some of the crazy loadness.

But anyhow wait for the turbo then get the exhaust. You can always buy a resonator and get it welded in. I got a dynomax 3'' resonator for my thermal. It was only like 40 bucks or something.

Well, after reading some of the experiences these people have had, I woulnd't recommend the OBX. What I did was buy a Skunk2 universal muffler, then had a 3" custom pipe welded on mine.
$200 for the muffler
$50 for the pipe
$200 for the muffler
$50 for the pipe

I have an OBX-R B5 muffler and looks and sounds awsome! It's got a good deep tone to it, not the pissed off bumble bee in a can sound. I've had for almost a year and it still looks new.
