Default Rear Trailing Arm Bushings

I've searched this but most threads seem to only diagnose the problem.

The squeaking is now getting unbearable and I think it may be time to replace the bushings.

Can anyone provide a writeup or even a quick step by step of how to do it?

You don't need one of those bushing pullers, though. A BFH will suffice.

I did it about two months ago, so if you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

BFH = Big Fucking Hammer?

Will it damage the new bushing going in at all?
