Default front tire not centered

i just got my lower ball joint replaced but my tire is moved back towards the driver door, would an alignment fix the problem and set my tire right under the fender?

I would ask whoever replaced the lower ball joint, as far as I know the only thing adjustable with an alignment is toe.

Buy a camber kit. Then you can make the necessary adjustments. But, you may have something else wrong as I have changed out ball joints and it went right back to the original position - no problems.
I would go back to the installer or would do a visual on the side that was no done and compare and see if anything is out of line with the opposite side.
