For a good intermediate tire with decent wet weather grip, I've been very happy with my 205/45R16 BFGoodrich g-Force Traction Z tires.
See if you can find them in 195/60R14.
And go ahead and buy them online if you find a good deal.
Any tire shop can mount them. :run:

312 installed for the top of line Michelin® Pilot® Exalto 78 a tire installed
and even cheaper for BF good 240-260. thats 60 dollars a tire installed about
I doubt i can get a better deal online paying for shipping and then paying for installation. (60 dollars alone)

yeah those Michelins do have pretty good reviews, but I'd only choose those if you want specifically all-seasons...Not sure how cold it gets there (I'm assuming it doesn't snow, right?), but of your choices that you could find locally, the Kumho Ecsta SPTs will definitely give you the best dry grip (noticeably better than the Michelins).
Bottom line, if you want the tires to be able to stand cold weather and snow, then go for the Michelins...if you're not worried about that stuff, go for the Kumhos.
