2nd gen top speed
#2
There are so many different "top speeds." Stock 2nd gens would probably get up to 120-130, but people say they go faster and I think thats bullshit. The highest speed you could probably get out of the stock gear ratios at red-line in 5th gear would probably be around 145-155ish. You'll never see those numbers because you would be aerodynamically limited to less if you don't have serious power.

honda's are fwd and dont have rear ends (with one exception) so they dont have a ring and pinion

Hello From Germany
Hi, I unfortunately have an 01 GSR and 07 TL Type S, so this information does not truly apply, however, I do know how fast a TL or Integra can go.
If I run My GSR up to Redline in fourth, before shifting to fifth I can usually get it up to about 140mph (on a slight decline and in the morning)
MyType S has a 160 mph Speedo, so all I can say is that it is faster than 160mph.

this is probably heading towards a lock but when you are talking about top speeds its almost always an issue of power vs. drag not gearing. A GSR won't run out gears until 160+ but it has nowhere near enough power for that. A lot of cars will even hit a higher speed using one gear from the highest, I would imagine that is true for a stock LS.
