it would probably be higher.

i pay $2600 a year for full coverage on a 99 GS and part coverage for a 91 corolla in a pretty expensive city in terms of insurance.

It really depends on the company. When I bought my LS, I was 19 and it was all in my name. I got quotes from 1350 per 6 months to 5600 per 6 months.

Allstate goes by the value of the car and works from there. They don't care what color it is, two door or not, etc. They've got a SMALL list of high performance cars, but we aren't one of them.

My insurance only went up $2/month going from an 01 LS to a 00 ITR.

I am 17. I have no good student discounts or driving classes or anything. I have been in one wreck, but I am unsure of it my insurance agency filed it. I want a G2 Teg. Can you give me ballpark figures for minimum and full coverage. I live in GA. Just looking for a ballpark figure. The online quotes I have done seem pretty high. Please let me know. BTW, one quote said I should be paying $7000 dollars a year! It will be a non-VTEC G2. Thanks!

Yea online insurance does give you high quotes. What I would do is.. If your parents have insurance go through there insurance because you can get a discount for having mulitple car insurance in one home. But I would also sit down one day open the phone book and start calling insurance places for quotes. its FREE so why not? I would just shop around and see what you all can get. I had to call about 20+ insurance companies before I found my insurance company and they charge pretty decent 644 every 6months full coverage. Im pretty sure they are located in almost every state to. they are called MSI insurance. But yea best bet is to just call around insurance companies and get quotes, because everyone's insurance is diff. My friend has a 94 integra LS almost same record as me and he pays like 900 some every 6months. So its kinda hard to get ideas by other peoples insurance prices
