Bushings for a 95 integra
#2
Which bushings? Rear trailing arm? Toe control link?
In a general sense, you remove whichever linkage the bushings are in, use a press (or a torch) to push (or burn) the old bushing out. Then clean the inside face of the bushing mount, lube up the new bushing and press it in.

Thats pretty much it. Team-integra.net has a lot of how-to articles. they may not have it for the specific bushings you have but they should have something explaining how to remove the suspension components you are wroking on. I would suggest just removing the control arms or whatever you are working on and droping them off at your local shop. They should press the old ones out for $30 or so. well worth it if you ask me. The rubber is some pretty amazing stuff and doesn't burn out very easily at all.

I just did this on my car (all suspension pieces).........pay to have them pressed out (or go buy a press). They do not burn easily and are NOT easy to get out without a press. Can it be done, yes, but IMHO it is money well spent to have it done quickly. I am assuming you got poly bushings? If so, they are easy to put in. Worst part is getting the sticky lube all over your hands.
