Sounds like you can rule out the clutch, unfortunately I have no other advice for you. Possibly one of the suggestions above?

if all else fails don't forget the wonderful fuel filter or catalytic converter beginning to clog up. simple things that commonly go overlooked.

Its not the fuel filter, I had mine on for 5+ years not a single problem.
I would think it has to do with being tuned on Crome...

Do you have a stock GSR computer to test it with?
IMO if the CEL is telling you that your O2 sensor is bad, then this is the reason you are experiencing jerking...
Fix that first, then go from there.

the number of years you have a fuel filter has absolutely no bearing on its function. it's the amount of use your car goes through and the gas thats put through it! if it clogs it clogs which means no fuel to engine. not trying to get off topic, but remove your head from sphincter before making assanined comments, besides that i agree with what you said

I only have one o2 sensor, I noticed today one of the pins going into the o2 sensor plug (off of the harness) is hanging out. I'm not sure how or why either. I will try to find a gsr ecu I guess and see what happens.
