You can do w/ some Toyo T1R 205-50-15. No complaints for a summer tire. But yes if you plan on driving car in winter weather Yokahama or something. Good luck

Sorry man, but I wouldn't recommend Nitto NT450s to my worst enemy.

They are terrible in anything besides completely bone-dry conditions, the sidewall flex is terrible, they wear overly quickly, and they will cause the car to shake during acceleration at speeds in excess of 80 mph. They do have decent traction on dry pavement but that isn't enough to overcome how crappy the tire really is.

Next time you get tires, look into the G-Force sport and you will feel the same way about those NT450's as I do. It is like night and day for about the same price.

Azenis 615's are made by Falken, not "bfg" (BF Goodrich).

Stock GSR tires are Michellen XGT-4, I am not sure about LS/RS/GS.

The BF Goodrich G-Force Sports have one of the highest tread ware rating of all the summer performance tires. I have no first hand experience with Azenis, but an average of 10,000 miles just wouldn't cut it on a DD for me.

I'll consider Steve, but the Nitto's have not crossed me.

I have BFG G-Force Sports...love 'em.

Traction T/A's are pretty nice too but I've never had them on my teg.

G-force is a really good tire. It rivals the azenis as the tire of choice for auto-X. Will definitely offer better tread life and hydro-plane resistance. There are three version right? KDW or something like that for wet/dry, one for summer and one for straight line go-fast.

Just clear things up, there are 4 BFG G-Force tires, but I'm going to leave out the Drag radial:

BFGoodrich g-Force Sport - $78
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 - $99
BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KD - $136
KDW = Key feature: Dry and Wet traction
KD = Key feature: Dry

Prices above are from www.Tirerack.com and reflect a size of 205/50/15 which is what I use.

Personally, I use the Falken Ziex ZE-512 on all my cars and I recommend it to everyone who wants a good, simple, long-lasting replacement for OEM; they last me about 40k miles. But my next tire for my GSR will be the G-Force Sport or the Azenis Rt-615 'cause I'm ready for more grip with my new suspension.
