05 integra idle goes up and down alot while warming up

05 integra idle goes up and down alot while warming up
and it takes forever to warm up
it's my kid's car and I'm trying to fix it
we just replaced the motor with a JDM B18, but it did the same thing with his old motor
any ideas?

1. clean out IACV with brake cleaner
2. clean out FITV (located on the bottom of the throttle body) with brake cleaner
3. make sure you have no air in cooling system
4. make sure your coolant is at the proper level.
