I know Civic EX 14" steel rims fit on GSR's because they were on my car when I bought it. Yes I was quite unhappy not to see any alloy wheels on it, but I got a good price on it then.

Uhh, don't LS and GS-R's have the same brakes? My LS has 14's (alloys from a '98 LS) on it with no problem, and we put my 14" steelies on b18cya's GS-R with no problem. Or are you talking about aftermarket/non-Honda 14's?
